If we want to strengthen our justice systems, I am of the view that we have to focus on four priorities: to strengthen institutional capacities of lawyers and jurists, to look at transparency and traceability in the use of AI, to have human oversight that is effective, and to ensure that all people have effective mechanisms to access justice and to repair harm.
