On the example given by the noble Baroness, Lady Kidron, of how this would happen, the Bill grants the Secretary of State the power to direct entities if the compromise of the relevant NIS or the threat of one gives rise to a national security risk. This could, for example, require an entity to cease using and to isolate an AI model.
