For us to experience all the benefits of AI while preserving human empowerment and reducing the risk in fields like cybersecurity and CBRN, we need coordination between frontier labs in and outside the country. The democratically elected US government would have a crucial role to play in administering this coordination and I support this effort to get more government attention on this matter.
