SEC. 6. PROHIBITION ON MINOR USE OF AI COMPANIONS. If the age verification process described in section 5(b) determines that an individual is a minor, a covered entity shall prohibit the minor from accessing or using any AI companion made publicly available to end consumers by the covered entity.
