The University of Chicago Law Review page dated December 03, 2024 credits Orly Lobel and does contain both fragments, but not as one verbatim quote: the article first has the sentence with “law soon must embrace AI ... prohibit human intervention,” and only later has the 2023 sentence about proposals banning AI in areas including hiring. The submission stitches separate passages and reverses their order, so it is materially altered rather than a real verbatim quote from the source URL.
