Bria supports efforts to establish clear labeling standards and real accountability for generative AI outputs. The Protecting Consumers from Deceptive AI Act addresses a basic but increasingly urgent need: businesses and consumers should be able to know when songs and videos include AI-generated material. The origin of content is one of the most basic signals we rely on to assess what we are seeing, hearing, and sharing. If we want industry, government, and the creative ecosystem to embrace AI with confidence, people should not have to guess what is human-made and what is machine-generated.
