Rights holders should have the possibility to use tools enabling them to effectively exclude the use of their works in AI training in a limited number of standardised machine-readable formats, potentially managed and listed by the EUIPO, thereby enabling the effective exclusion of registered works from automated data crawling and providing legal certainty to both rights holders and AI providers.
