No Artificial Intelligence system shall be deployed for policing, crime prediction, crowd monitoring, or automated enforcement of public order laws including traffic violations without prior approval from the Bureau. [...] AI tools for facial recognition, license plate reading, real-time surveillance, predictive policing, and automated profiling are considered high-risk and shall not be used unless they undergo sandbox evaluation, public disclosure, and publication of safeguards.
