Finally, the EU will work with like-minded partners across these objectives to promote a trusted and secure global approach to frontier AI and cybersecurity. [...] To this end and building on the legal framework provided by the AI Act, the EU will expand European pre-release evaluation capacities, stimulate a common European approach to access and coordinate testing efforts so that frontier AI can be accessed and used safely for cybersecurity in Europe.
