At the request of Mr. BANKS, the names of the Senator from Pennsylvania (Mr. McCORMICK) and the Senator from Michigan (Ms. SLOTKIN) were added as cosponsors of S. 4456, a bill to require the Under Secretary of Commerce for Industry and Security to require a license for export, reexport, or in-country transfer of certain integrated circuits, and for other purposes.
