I urge the Commission to deny Club for Growth’s request to permit noncommercial political calls to wireless numbers using artificial or prerecorded voices, including AI-generated voices, without prior express consent. Removing that safeguard would increase opportunities for deception, deepfake impersonation, and misleading election communications.
