We will only encourage super intelligence. We’re going to encourage it, not rein it in.

The United States totally rejects any attempt to construct a globalist scheme of control for the artificial intelligence being spoken of so much now – hereinafter officially called super intelligence.

We are leading now over China, and everyone else, and I’m going to keep it that way! I’m not going to stifle Growth, of something that will be bigger than the Industrial Revolution, or the Internet, itself.

AI taking over the World, destroying Humanity, and all other things bad, is a HOAX.

We can put guardrails, we can do this and that, but I think you have a lot of negative forces that are bringing it up that ... shouldn’t be bringing it up, and they’re bringing up things that won’t happen. But whoever wins with AI wins.

We will streamline the acquisition and deployment of these technologies while maintaining rigorous oversight and building a secure and resilient supply chain that cannot be severed in times of conflict.

Yeah, probably. But it could also be the kind of technology that allows greatness in the banking system, makes it better and safer and more secure. [...] There should be.
